WHAT IS EFT?
It is a method resolving issues that are typically a result of thoughts and emotions, which are close to 90% of our problems.
It is sometimes referred to as tapping or meridian therapy.
Basically you "tap" on certain acupressure points while saying and "tuning into" specific thoughts or issues. It looks and sounds pretty weird until you try it or see someone resolve life long issues right in front of your own eyes. It is equally effective on the phone as it is in person.
Again, I am not going into detail about EFT, go to emofree.com to learn more. My intent is to let you know how well it works and to make sure you seek out the most highly qualified EFT practitioner.

Two new stories
Recently a young lady came in for a private session and complained of a lump that was of some concern to her. After talking and finding an emotional issue I thought may have created the lump, we did EFT addressing the specific issue and within a few minutes the lump began to shrink. Several rounds later the lump completely disappeared and her negative emotional intensity on the issue we were dealing with had also vanished. That is the power of EFT when done right.
Another interesting story that happened the next day was about long distance EFT, or phone EFT. A woman had set up an appointment for a private session for a rare form of Chrone's disease and when the morning of her session arrived she called me and apologized that she had to cancel at the last minute but the pain was so severe and she had doubled her medication with no relief she was going to have to go to the doctors office. I had never met her but offered her the chance to do a few minutes of EFT to relieve the pain. She laughed and said I can't get out of bed how do you propose we do this? I told her we were going to tap on some points on our bodies and say some silly things and she said " what do I have to lose, I'm waiting for my husband to come home and take me to the doctors"
I had no background or information to go on so asked her when the pain had gotten so bad and she said when she had called me to make the appt. about two weeks ago. I asked her what had happened that was emotional or what got her upset. She had given me just one sentence and was able to pick out a few key words.
We tapped as I explained the points while she repeated what I was saying and after two or three minutes we stopped to check in on her pain. She said "OK Tony either you're crazy or I am crazy" and I chuckled and said, "It got a little better eh" She agreed and gauged it as about half the intensity it was. We repeated this for a few more minutes as I made things up as we went along. I had almost no information to go on which makes me use my intuition and it was right on, because when we stopped and checked in again she said.
"Well I have to get out of bed, hang on a minute." Then she laughed and said " OK, I can't lie, the pain is completely gone"
I thanked her and told her to call if she ever needed to see me. She just laughed and said again, " either you"re crazy or I am but thank you so much."
