This is an opportunity to learn one of the oldest and still the single most effective self healing tool available. The Chinese have said for thousands of years that Chi Gong is the single best thing you can do for yourself.
Anyone can do chi gong, but it is a lifestyle change and requires a commitment on your part to follow through and make chi gong a regular practice. If you aren't committed to taking an active part in your own healing, this is not the class for you.

***Coming in the spring of 2012, (late April) at the CHI Center will be an extended class on the mind/body connection and you will be given some of the most effective methods to deal with the symptoms created by our unawareness. Denise Roberge will be co-hosting this event and will bring some of her personal techniques to share with the class.

*** Denise Roberge and myself will be having a series of classes on the mind/body connection starting around the end of April and will be either a three or four series held on consecutive Saturdays.
This class should prove to be exciting and informative.

I will be updating the schedule and already have a few requests for Reiki level 1, Chi Gong exercise, and Laws of Attraction and especially EFT.

***EFT Workshop is in the process of being setup. Right now the target date is Saturday March 17th.

One of the goals I have is to return to programs, such as - Fibro-cancer-anxiety-migraines, etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated and I will be having a group gathering to discuss the particulars. All are invited, and the date will be announced shortly.

There will also be great emphasis on the mind-body connection and the program to repair it. These will be offered in a workshop format and can be done at the CHI Center or a place of your choice.

I will also be adding some yoga classes in the fall. Not taught by me as I am somewhat yoga challenged.
